INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your breaking points with sports/plyometric drills blended with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No supplies or weights required. You don’t need to be in great shape– levels of every exercise are given. Time to dig deep!

WHY SHOULD I TRY IT?

High intensity interval training is proven to be a valuable training strategy. Getting the most benefit possible out of your workouts.

SOUNDS JUMPY & FAST…

Nope! High intensity doesn’t need to mean high impact. Each individual’s high intensity is unique in relation to other people in class. With timed segments, you don’t need to stay in time with the beat of the music, you get in the number of reps that works for you!

WHY DOES THAT NAME SOUND FAMILIAR?

This workout comes to you from Shawn T and Beachbody. They have a prominent at home workout that is the same name and set-up. Late night TV addict? Perhaps you have seen the well-known infomercial!
